University of New Haven is the home of Charger Gymnasium. During the summer of 2019, Charger Gym underwent a renovation that saw the replacement of the facility's original wooden bleachers with new state of the art retractable bleachers, as well as a new floor. Charger Gymnasium has played host to many events including the 2018 NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball East Region Championship.
